Agreement of Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all products and services provided by Jbranded Designs LLC.
All work is carried out by Jbranded Designs on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.
Copyright is retained by Jbranded Designs on all designs including logos, web designs, and or any branding content until all costs are settled.
If a choice of designs is presented to you within your project, only the design that you chose is deemed to be given to you. All other designs remain the property of Jbranded Designs.
Payments & Pricing
All services are to be paid in FULL at the time of booking. For web designs and branding bundles, 50% of the payment is due at booking and the remaining balance is due in order to recieve the final project. NO designs will be completed without payment! Monthly memberships are billed through invoice monthly due to the nature of the service.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of the services offered, all services are non refundable. There are no refunds on any order after the designs have been started on or sent out.
If you wish to cancel an order, Jbranded Designs will not issue a refund on payments received.
Refunds are not granted under any circumstances. All payments are final sale.
Turnaround Time Policy
Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days for a la carte services. This includes logo designs, E-flyer designs, social media content, branding templates, Instagram highlights, etc. A 2-3 week turnaround time for web designs and branding bundles.
It is extremely important to us that we provide our clients with the highest quality designs. An ample amount of time is needed to ensure quality experience with Jbranded Designs.
Please refrain from rushing the process while we work to complete your designs.
All clients must provide all information and completed forms within 24 hours. We can allow more time upon request.
We do not offer freestyle designs. Please come with a vision for your brand or provide inspiration pictures.
Clients are required to submit HIGH-QUALITY photos (professional pictures). Please avoid using pictures with filters and harsh edits.
Be sure to triple-check all information and spelling given to avoid revisions. We do not offer copyright services
All wording/text must be submitted through one email or a Word document. Failure to do so will incur a delay in the turnaround time.
For all projects issued by Jbranded Designs, there is a limit of 3 revisions. Any additional revisions is a fee of $10 per revision.
Please respond to drafts/revisions within 24 hours. Failure to do so will cause delays in your project.
Please stay in communication with us throughout the draft/ revision process. Failure to do so may result in a delayed turnaround time.
After 5 days with no follow-up communication, there will be a $50 inconvenience fee to restart your project. After 7 days with no communication, your project will be terminated and NO refund will be issued.
Please allow 5-7 business days to receive printed designs. Your order will shipped after your approval of the design. Tracking number will be provided through email.
Please note: Due to COVID-19, shipping delay may occur.
We only ship printed designs Monday-Thursday only.
Client agrees to the use of their designs for branding and promotional purposes by Jbranded Designs LLC
If client fails to complete payment, it can result in termination of project and/or legal action.
If clients fails to read all policies or agree to our terms, this can result in termination of project, legal action, and/or banned from booking services with Jbranded Designs LLC.
